Henslowe Park Working Bee
On 3 and 4 September 2022, a hardworking group of Battery Point residents spent several hours in Henslowe Park pruning, weeding and planting. The Park looks lovely and will bloom magnificently in the Spring.
We are extremely grateful to David and Melanie Rowe, Marilyn Jones, Fiona Inch, Carol Mackel, Eve Morris, Mary Louise Brammer, Julian Coomer and Brett Bamford for their generous contribution to the task. Julian from Trees R Us was instrumental in the successful planting of two new trees and Brett from the HCC provided much needed material.
