Prince of Wales Appeal Update

Following an informal mediation process, the proponents of the POW redevelopment have agreed to a series of matters raised by the Association on behalf of the Battery Point community. As a consequence, a private agreement between the parties is currently being prepared by the proponents, which we expect to sign within the next few weeks.
