Albuera Street School History Week

Students in Grade 1/2 and Grade 2 recently spent a week studying the history of Battery Point.

In addition to a walk around the suburb, they spent time viewing some stories on the Association website and In Bobby’s Footsteps. Thanks to Annick at Annick’s Antiques and Scott Carlin at Narryna, the students were able to view some intriguing historical artefacts at school.

Art works done by some of the students will soon be included on the website in a story about the History Week.
